Our expert partners offer you specialized services to help you proactively improve and sustain good health by combining both Western and Eastern wellness traditions, including yoga, Pilates, Strength/Conditioning training, Traditional Chinese Acupressure and Cupping therapy and Hawaiian Lomi Lomi Massage.
Each workshop and retreat is designed to complement our regular Yoga and Pilates classes, giving additional insight into specific areas of personal wellness.
We host residential wellness retreats, non residential workshops, seminars and other holistic health-related events at our centers. These events focus on improving guests’ Yoga, Pilates, Meditation, Chi Gong and other wellness practices and therapies combined with whole plant based foods to fuel the mindbody and soul.
