Wellness is the quality or state of being healthy in body and mind as the result of your concerted, deliberate and consistent effort. We offer you several options to guide you along your own wellness journey. These options can broaden and balance your physical ,mental and spiritual health. Our expert partners offer you specialized services to help you proactively improve and sustain good health by combining both Western and Eastern wellness traditions, including yoga, Pilates, Strength/Conditioning training, Traditional Chinese Acupressure and Cupping therapy and Hawaiian Lomi Lomi Massage.

Workshops & Retreats

Each workshop and retreat is designed to complement our regular Yoga and Pilates classes, giving additional insight into specific areas of personal wellness.


We host residential wellness retreats, non residential workshops, seminars and other holistic health-related events at our centers. These events focus on improving guests’ Yoga, Pilates, Meditation, Chi Gong and other wellness practices and therapies combined with whole plant based foods to fuel the mindbody and soul.


  • Wellness Immersion: For years, I have battled with physical and emotional pains. I was always low in energy, my relationships suffered as I sought solutions from western doctors, Chinese doctors , faith healers and the like. Then I joined Maizan’s Wellness Immersion program, Yearly Yoga and Meditation Retreat in Chiangmai, the Power Yoga Weekends and Nutrilicious Cooking workshops. I learned Yoga, Myofascial Release , Meditation, making the right food choices for myself and my family and met some incredible people who have become my support network. Gone is my 9 years of back pain, mild depression, headaches, terrible mood swings and restricted breathing. My flexibility and strength is better now than when I was in my 20’s. and I would recommend anyone to experience what I experienced!
