Yoga Beginner Intensive

Yoga Beginner Intensives over 3 evenings are a dynamic way to boost your yoga journey – whether you are new to yoga or a regular practitioner

This level emphasises the basics of ASHTANGA/HATHA Yoga and takes you through a traditional Primary Series Sequence with careful attention to physical alignment, subtle energetic pathways as well breath work that underlies all movement. Attending these classes will help you experience more flexibility and develop your core strength, de-stress your life, and give you skills to relax both your body and mind enabling you to enjoy greater well-being. Duration of the class is 1 hour 30 mins followed by guided meditation for 30 min. Our BEGINNER CLASSES are structured to assist you to move through a sequence that you can then practice at home. When you feel you need a more challenging class you can sign up to our YOGA WEEKEND INTENSIVE classes which then challenge you further and continually build on your physical, mental and spiritual development.
