A powerful practice over 3 early mornings where you connect Ujjayi breath with movement for a dynamic, connected, inspiring and challenging flow that is sure to get your heart pumping, heat moving around your body and your mind focused on your body and breath. As you land in body and breath, allowing the break up the mental chatter, this practice will leave you feeling blissed out and renewed by the end of your practice.
We also extend this practice to use small equipment – bands, balls, rollers to further challenge the stability, strength and balance of your practice. Duration of the class is 1 hour 30 mins followed by guided meditation for 30 min. If you are a seasoned practitioner or an instructor, these classes are not to be missed.
